In an effort to encourage more of our young athletes to become umpires, the Springfield Minor Softball Association will reward 2 bursaries each year up to $250 for youth umpires (under 21) in their first year to cover registration, umpire course fees and start up equipment costs.
Priority will be given to RM of Springfield residents.
