Age Categories 

For 2024, this is how the age groupings are defined:

• players aged 4 and 5 as of December 31, 2024: LTP 1 (Learn To Play 1)**
• players aged 6 and 7 as of December 31, 2024: LTP 2 (Learn To Play 2)**
• players aged 8 and 9 as of December 31, 2024: LTP 3/ U9 (Learn to Play 3 also referred to as U9)
• players aged 10 and 11 as of December 31, 2024: U11
• players aged 12 and 13 as of December 31, 2024: U13
• players aged 14 and 15 as of December 31, 2024: U15
• players aged 16 and 17 as of December 31, 2024: U17
• players aged 18 and 19 as of December 31, 2024:  U19

Game Days

LTP 1 & LTP 2:  Mondays & Wednesdays  

U9 (LTP 3):  Tuesdays & Thursdays

U11:  Mondays & Wednesdays

U13:  Tuesdays & Thursdays

U15:  Mondays & Wednesdays

U17:  Tuesdays & Thursdays

**LTP 1 & 2 is an in-house development program.  The players are placed on small teams, approx 6-8 players.  The format is such that the teams practice and develop the basic skills of softball.  The first two weeks are strictly practices while these relatively new to softball players learn the basics of throwing, catching and swinging a bat.  After the first couple of weeks, the format changes to approximately 45 minutes of practice and then 45 minutes of intersquad game.  These teams will play at the same diamond and at the same time twice a week for May and June.
