We are always looking for umpires for the regular season. You can earn between $35 and $40 per game.
If you are interested in becoming a Softball Manitoba Certified Official, check out this section of the Softball Manitoba website and have a read through this information package. All umpires must attend a certification clinic every year in order to stay current with all rules and rule changes as well as on-field mechanics being used.
2015 was a new rule year for the Softball Canada Official Rule Books. All Level I and 1st. year Level II umpires are encouraged to become familiarized with the new rules in effect. Softball Canada has a Summary of Rule Changes for 2015 listed on their website.
