Equipment Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BUY:

FOR LTP 1 & 2 (U5 & U7):

• Cleats / runners
• Glove
• Helmet with cage 
• Water bottle (please put your name on it!)
• … a willingness to have fun!

FOR U9 (LTP 3):

• Cleats / runners
• Glove
• Helmet with cage 
• Fielder’s Mask

FOR OLDER GIRLS (U11 AND UP):

Mandatory:

• Glove
• Helmet (black recommended) with cage
• Fielders mask
• Black softball/baseball pants (“all black”/no logo)
• Pink socks
• Water bottle (please put your name on it!)

Recommended:

• Cleats (strongly encouraged for U11 and up)
• Sliding shorts (U13 and up)
• Personal equipment bag for gear
• Personal bat (optional, as team bats will be provided)
• Batting gloves
• Pink or black belt (if pants purchased have belt loops)

PROVIDED BY SMSA (TO BE RETURNED AT END OF SEASON UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED):

• Team jerseys ($50 deposits required, only cashed if jersey not returned)
• Catchers gear (helmet, chest pad, shin guards)
• General equipment (bases, balls, bats, first aid kit, etc.)
• Team shirts (for Timbits players only, do not return)
